Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan, FL is seeking a Sushi Prep Cook to join the Nobu Manalapan Culinary department. This full-time role requires preparing sushi nigiri, rolls, and sashimi, mastering all bar stations, and ensuring high-quality plate presentation for Forbes Five Star standards.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years sushi bar experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays, and nights in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
