• Upsell products and provide menu information to customers.
• Make high‑quality Domino's pizzas, ensure portion control, and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare food items, stock ingredients, and maintain walk‑in cooler and storage areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning duties, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Manage inventory, complete associated paperwork, and handle equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, following written and verbal instructions.
• Use basic math skills to calculate totals, give correct change, and manage inventory data.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper hand‑use, lifting techniques, and handling of hot surfaces.

• Deliver products to customers by car within the designated delivery area.
• Use safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.
• Navigate streets, private homes, multi‑story buildings, and accommodate adverse terrain while carrying orders.
• Count and route loads, interact with customers, and ensure timely delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills; can speak clearly, listen attentively, and process orders efficiently.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary handling.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if delivery duties are required). Vehicle acceptable for delivery (if applicable).

• Work is performed primarily from a standing position in a fast‑moving environment.
• Requires walking short distances, lifting heavy cases (up to 50 lb), and moving equipment.
• Exposure to varying temperatures (36 °F–90 °F+), hot surfaces or equipment up to 500 °F, and food odors.
