Responsibilities
- Update the Online Sales category daily to promote items that qualify for a minimum of 10% discount.
- Train new recruits on price tags and how products are uploaded to the website.
- Ensure all products used for category banners and hero banners are not discontinued.
- Monitor billboard, feature and highlight items on the homepage, ensuring links are correct for the Marketing department.
- Run and analyze reports to maintain product positioning on grids based on sales history, color, price and frame.
- Ensure new merchandise uploaded to the website appears in the proper categories.
- Confirm all products display correct lifestyles and related products.
- Attend daily 15‑minute meetings with the sales team and merchandising leader to communicate new merchandise features and benefits.
- Analyze Lucky Orange heatmaps for categories to provide data to buyers for marketing decisions.
- Monitor buyers for open or removal of purchase orders for out‑of‑stock items.
- Assist the e‑commerce sales team with substitute items for required sales orders.
- Maintain optimal site audit statistics using the Semrush tool.
- Display secondary colors with their principal colors and corresponding swatches.
- Execute merchandising strategies through product placement and digital assets to drive sales, traffic and conversion.
- Analyze session and sales data with Google Analytics and improve the customer experience across devices.
- Assist in executing digital marketing activities for email, homepage and landing pages to support marketing and merchandise initiatives, including new product launches.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to collect product priorities for marketing and site stories, ensuring a clear and consistent customer experience.
- Support in‑season response with data‑driven changes to categories, assortment or campaigns.
- Manage order placement to delivery for dropship orders.
- Ensure the Monday Board groups are updated by the assigned group and each new item added has its product folders attached.
- Update the position of merchandise used for the homepage by managing the "0" priority.
- Gather new product SKUs, analyze with the décor team to verify trending status, and post product reviews online.
- Work with Photoshop to resize images and create swatches for colored products.
- Create mattress price tags and/or update promotional price tags.
- Assist with website projects such as picture information, data, and new improvement ideas.
- Maintain the Find the Store/Our Stores sections with updated times, contact information, and team pictures.
- Refresh the Lifestyles section every six months.
- Document department processes and procedures.
- Run the Daily Reprice report for items on sale and dropped by the vendor.
- Generate daily work emails to stores with product updates.
- Update price tags with current modifications, including configurations, color flags, and measurements.
- Fill in product information from folders/pictures provided by QUAC and buyers to ensure accurate online details.
- Generate the New SKU report daily to add all new merchandise SKUs for vendor notifications.
- Run the New Merchandise report 30 days in advance for incoming containers and verify items are listed in the Monday Category "Expected Merchandise".
- Ensure Vendor Portal accounts are up to date and create new logins for vendors.
- Research features and pending information when factory representatives cannot provide sufficient details.
- Upload assembly instructions daily and update management once merchandise is received.
- Process buyer or store requests for product information updates or removals for tags or the website.
- Organize images by main images, lifestyles, and alternates in the shared folder or Adobe Cloud.
- Ensure each image has a marketing and element name before upload to guarantee ADA compliance.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking ability.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Detail oriented, resourceful, flexible, and able to follow up.
- Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multi‑task.
