Retail Processor

This part‑time retail processor position is located in LaBelle (based in Fort Myers, Florida).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Receive, record, sort donations and process them effectively through the Kaizen system.
• Follow Kaizen audit guidelines and five‑minute drills.
• Meet or exceed production goals with a focus on process improvement and increased productivity.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross‑train to cover other job descriptions as needed.
• Perform additional duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks instructed by supervisors.

Required Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.

Required Skills

• Sufficient mobility to turn, lean, kneel or bend; frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Sort donations according to the Kaizen system and follow all processing and pricing guidelines.
• Ability to see and recognize colors and possess basic math skills.
• Stand for long periods and work in fluctuating temperatures and climate.
