This person will work to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality food items in a timely, easy, and pleasant manner.

This role supports the Retail Store Manager in delivering exceptional food for our guests and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values.

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Ensure that recipes and food prep procedures are followed correctly; food is wrapped and labeled properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work areas, adhere to food safety and sanitization protocols, and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Operate the register efficiently and friendly, minimizing guest wait times where applicable.
• Keep the food service area clean and organized.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure availability of desired products to meet company goals.
• Lead by example in executing company values, programs, processes, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or supervisor in their absence.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Store team members, Store Manager, District Manager, corporate personnel, and vendors.

• Preferred Education:
  
  High School or GED
• Preferred Experience:
  
  3-6 months in retail or guest service restaurant
• Certifications:
  
  Serv Safe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Soft Skills:
  
  Friendly, energetic, adaptable, team-oriented, computer skills helpful

This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours), involving varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Store hours may be 24/7 depending on location. Travel is approximately 5%. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and working in cool temperatures.
