Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida invites you to apply for a part‑time position located in LaBelle, FL. The role focuses on donation processing and inventory management within a supportive retail environment.

• Receive, record, and sort donated items using the Kaizen system.

• Follow Kaizen audit guidelines and 5‑minute drills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Meet or exceed daily production goals with an emphasis on process improvement.

• Assist in all areas of production to support cross‑training and flexibility.

• Perform additional duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, and cleaning as directed by supervisors.

Experience: High School graduate or equivalent; prior retail or stock‑handling experience preferred.

Skills: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times a day; sufficient mobility to turn, lean, kneel, and bend; strong color recognition and basic math skills; capacity to stand long periods and work in varying temperatures.
