Air Shield Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and energetic HVAC Outbound Appointment Setter. We want someone who can help us grow our business by connecting with potential customers over the phone. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
• Generate new sales leads and set appointments for our sales and service teams.
• Follow a prepared script, adapting it to the specific needs of each customer.
• Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and effectively explain how our services can benefit them.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Proven Experience:
  
  Prior experience in outbound appointment setting environment is preferred but not required.
