• Hit the road on foot or by car, exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through Masonville

• Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, gaining the tools and team behind you to grow your market and your outside‑sales career.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
