• Prospect aggressively to expand the commercial client base—using cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits
• Jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties
• Identify and engage C-Level executives, facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers
• Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships
• Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth
• Educate clients on Bath Fitter’s Perma Fit solution to help them maximize ROI

You’re the type who lives for the hunt
, isn’t afraid to knock on doors, and thrives on turning cold leads into long-term partnerships.

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales
• Proven track record as a hunter—consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs
• Strong background in cold calling, territory penetration, and developing new markets
• Understanding of commercial construction, renovation processes, or solution-based selling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel for training (Real  passport required)
