What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers in your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business needs
  • Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships
  • Analyze past buying patterns and strategize to become a more inclusive supplier
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Successful outside sales experience with wood panels, laminates, and boards, ideally in the kitchen and/or bath space
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to be coached
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • University degree preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage your own time effectively
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
