Outside Sand Sales Representative

We are looking for a qualified outside sales representative for our Sand Division. You will be responsible for developing long‑term relationships with customers and overseeing the sale of materials (including sand/dirt).

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Schedule product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Submit quotes to management for review.
• Follow all industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Responsible for ensuring that information is delivered and follow up is done.
• Calculate cost estimates for all quotes, including but not limited to: materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor.
• Maintains communication with Operation Manager, vendors and clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in business preferred but not required.
• Valid FL Drivers License.
• Clean criminal background and driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Prior experience as a sales representative.
• Strong customer relations (both internal and external).
• Detail Oriented.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Strong computers skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office products.
• Adaptable to change.
• Demonstrates ability in meeting sales objectives.
• Knowledge of materials (included sand/dirt).

Commission based.
