Job SummaryD1 Training Gainesville is seeking a high‑energy, goal‑driven Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a go‑getter who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment

You will be responsible for selling personal training and group training services
, closing in‑facility appointments, nurturing leads, and representing the D1 brand in the community to generate organic, offline leads.
- Take and close in‑facility sales appointments for personal training, small group, and team training services
- Make outbound calls and follow up with scheduled appointments quickly and consistently
- Prescribe and sell the right training solution based on each client’s goals
- Accurately log notes, contacts, and follow‑ups in the CRM
- Attend local business, networking, and community events to represent D1 Gainesville and generate new leads
- Collaborate with coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to the turf
- Appointments are primarily in the late afternoons and evenings (4:00–8:00 PM)
- Schedule is otherwise flexible
- Ability to attend networking and community events outside the facility
- Bonus if you can bring existing clients. Commission paid will be paid on clients who begin training at D1 Gainesville.
- 1+ year of sales experience (fitness, personal training, or service‑based sales preferred)
- Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Confident, energetic communicator — in person, on the phone, and in the community
- Self‑starter who takes ownership of results
- Organized and detail‑oriented with follow‑up and lead management
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Dependable transportation
