We’re looking for a driven, self‑motivated sales professional to grow our presence across the Southwest USA. If you’re a passionate and experienced laboratory distribution sales representative, this opportunity is for you.

• Develop and manage business within the Southwest USA territory.
• Focus on hospitals, clinical labs, reference labs, research facilities, and physician‑owned labs.
• Promote and sell histology, pathology, and other laboratory products – consumables and equipment.
• Identify and qualify new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and account management teams for seamless onboarding.
• Attend regional trade shows and events to represent Mercedes Scientific.
• Travel up to 50%.

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience in laboratory, histology, or medical distribution.
• Strong understanding of histology workflows, products, and instrumentation.
• Preference for candidates with distribution experience over manufacturing.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and manage a territory effectively.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Independent, self‑starter mindset with strong time management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
