We are seeking experienced BDC Agents to join our high-volume automotive dealerships.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to internet leads, texts and emails in a timely manner
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Maintain consistent follow up with customers
• Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
• Work closely with BDC management, Internet Managers and Sales Managers
• Meet department goals for calls, contacts, appointments and shows
• Maintain a professional and customer focused approach at all times

• Automotive BDC experience preferred
• Previous call center, appointment setting or high volume phone experience required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong follow up and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and text communication
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Must have schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends
• Dependable, motivated and performance driven
