• Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities within the Florida Panhandle region.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the safety, technology, and performance features of our inventory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing deals and coordinating delivery logistics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

• Proven experience in commission-based sales, retail sales, or account management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit client sites across Panama City and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally to assist with light equipment setups or demonstrations.

• $45,000 - $85,000 USD

• Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services to new and existing customers

• Personal passion for health, fitness, bodybuilding, or athletics.
• Established network within local Florida fitness communities, country clubs, or school athletic departments.
• Previous experience selling high-ticket consumer goods or commercial equipment.
