The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing full-cycle consultative sales, engaging prospective patients, deeply understanding their needs, addressing objections, closing sales, taking payments, and booking clinic visits. This is a highly communication-focused role requiring someone who is fully fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently conduct complete consultative sales conversations in either language. Rather than focusing on high dial volume or basic appointment setting, this position emphasizes close rate, conversation quality, and converting interested prospects into committed patients.

They should be comfortable speaking with individuals experiencing pain or frustration, guiding them through a full consultative call, navigating concerns, processing transactions, and securing final visit confirmations.
