OBJECTIVE City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our sales team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop new business opportunities through phone-based sales efforts with outside territory sales management.

Utilize sales automation tools to manage leads and track progress.

Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects and customers.

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.

Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Collaborate with team members and management to support company objectives.

Obtain at least 5 qualified building surveys monthly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimal prior sales experience required.

Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Reliable transportation required.

Strong motivation and “can-do” attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Primarily outside territory sales management with office-based element.

ENVIRONMENT Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed

Office environment with typical noise levels.

Travel within territory on a weekly basis.
