Thermacell is seeking a Chemistry Technician to support formula development, and analytical and quality testing. This position will report directly to the Science Manager and serve as part of the Science and Research Team in Hampton, FL.

• Independently execute accurate and timely quality testing in support of the manufacturing team and raise potential issues in an expedient manner
• Follow established SOPs to support technical aspects of Thermacell’s chemistry program
• Conduct Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non‑GLP laboratory studies assessing product performance, quality, safety, and chemical composition
• Maintain an orderly and safe laboratory and workspace
• Track, organize, and replenish laboratory supplies by conducting routine inventory assessments and working with vendors to fulfill purchasing needs
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Assist in the development of new formulas that meet performance targets
• Assist in other duties as assigned to support the Science Department and global business activities
