Keyqualifications:
- Four years of verifiable related experience in coastal or environmental science (or post-secondary degree as alternative)
- Knowledge of marine ecology, coastal ecosystems, and environmental permit processes
- Ability to interpret Florida statutes and rules related to coastal protection and environmental resource management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder coordination
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site inspections
- Proficiency with GIS and computer software for data analysis and documentation
