The Security Officer will patrol the campground, enforce rules, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate with management and emergency services as needed.

• Conduct routine patrols of the campground, facilities, and common areas
• Monitor access points and enforce compliance with campground policies
• Respond to safety concerns, incidents, and guest inquiries professionally
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with campground management and local emergency services when necessary
• Enforce campground rules consistently while maintaining a customer‑focused approach
• Report maintenance, safety or security risks

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
• Strong communication and conflict‑de‑escalation skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license required
