Hearth Fire Creations LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Installation Lead to oversee and execute high-quality fireplace and accessory installations on residential and commercial projects. This hands‑on leadership role involves both technical installation responsibilities and coordination of on‑site teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of construction expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail to ensure that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and up to the highest standards.

Lead the on‑site installation of fireplaces and related accessories according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Coordinate tasks, timelines, and crew activities to ensure jobsite efficiency and professionalism.

Read blueprints and technical documentation to interpret installation plans accurately.

Ensure installations are performed in compliance with building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges independently.

Maintain strong communication with customers, contractors, and internal management throughout each project.

Take ownership of jobsite cleanliness, crew performance, and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide junior installers, ensuring team growth and development.

Follow all company processes, safety guidelines, and quality assurance procedures.

4+ years of experience in fireplace, stove, HVAC, or related construction system installations.

Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret installation requirements.

Proven leadership and crew coordination experience.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Physically capable of handling installation tasks in various jobsite conditions.

No specific certifications or licenses required.
