We’re looking for disciplined, hands‑on technicians who take pride in fixing equipment the right way the first time
. If you’re experienced with small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, or diesel/gasoline equipment
, this is a mission you can own.
$28.00/hr – $30.00/hr
You’ll be trusted to keep customer equipment mission‑ready by:
- Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, gasoline, and diesel systems
- Executing high‑quality repairs that meet standard repair times (SRT)
- Clearly documenting failures, root causes, and corrective actions
- Reading and interpreting hydraulic & electrical schematics
- Assembling new, demo, rental, and pre‑owned equipment
- Supporting the team and upholding company values
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Background in small engine, turf, vehicle, generator, or equipment maintenance
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting mindset
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators)
Experience That Translates Well
- Military mechanics, motor transport, construction equipment, aviation support, or shipboard maintenance
- 5+ years mechanical or related hands‑on experience
- Certifications or OEM training a plus—but not required
- Physical role: lifting, kneeling, stooping, reaching
- Strong safety culture: PPE, hazard assessments, accountability
