We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals ready to learn the roofing trade and grow with one of Florida’s leading roofing and waterproofing teams. This entry-level position offers steady work, on-the-job training, and piece-rate pay — the more you complete safely and efficiently, the more you earn.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Assist with installation and repair of roofing systems

Safely remove old roofing materials

Apply roof coatings as directed

Load, unload, and stage tools and materials

Set up ladders, scaffolds, and safety gear Maintain clean, safe job sites

Follow company and OSHA safety procedures

Perform other duties as assigned—Ayudar con la instalación y reparación de techos

Requirements / Requisitos Comfortable working at heights (flat and sloped roofs)
Lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and weather

Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
