Sarasota and Clermont

• Perform Service Calls:
  • Respond promptly to service requests from residential customers.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures.
  • Repair or replace plumbing systems and components including pipes, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and water softeners.
• Routine Maintenance:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent future issues.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, corrosion, and other damage.
  • Perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of plumbing problems.
  • Develop effective solutions and implement repairs in a timely manner.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their plumbing systems.
  • Provide recommendations for repair or replacement options and explain technical information in an understandable manner.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  • Complete service reports and paperwork in a timely and thorough manner.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures, including handling of hazardous materials and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ensure proper disposal of materials and waste according to environmental guidelines.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and manufacturer specifications through training and professional development opportunities.

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers and technology
• Ability to troubleshoot simple to complex plumbing issues effectively
• New construction experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with gas and tankless water heaters is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crawl, including work in confined spaces
• Lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs
• Climb ladders and operate hand and power tools
• Work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions (heat, cold, dust, water, chemicals)
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
