This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Finish Carpenter located in Sarasota, FL. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for completing high‑quality finish carpentry work, including assembling, fitting, and constructing woodwork for both new and remodeled commercial spaces. Day‑to‑day tasks include using hand and power tools for framing, trimming, and ensuring the precise execution of design plans while adhering to safety standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various carpentry tasks
• Experience in framing and other structural woodworking techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments
• Prior experience in commercial remodeling or related work is a plus
