We're looking for a Carpenter who’s not just skilled but also passionate about their craft:
- Proven Experience:
You've got the receipts! Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter, showcasing your expertise and a portfolio of impressive projects. - Technical Acumen:
You speak the language of lumber! Strong knowledge of diverse carpentry techniques and methods. - Tool Proficiency:
Your hands are happy when they're holding a hammer (or a saw, or a drill!). Mastery in using all essential hand and power tools. - Problem‑Solving Prowess:
Got a puzzle? You've got the solution! Excellent critical thinking and a knack for finding practical, ingenious solutions. - Attention to Detail:
You see the smallest imperfections and fix "em! A keen eye for precision and an unwavering commitment to quality workmanship. - Communication
Skills:
You're not just handy with a hammer; you're a great communicator too! Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with our awesome team. - Adaptability:
Whether flying solo or part of a harmonious team, you're efficient and effective. - Safety Conscious:
Safety first, always! Thorough knowledge of carpentry‑related safety regulations and procedures. - Marine Experience (A Big Splash!):
If you've got familiarity with marine‑grade materials and construction techniques, you'll really make waves in our waterfront wonderland! - Growth Mindset:

- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Training:
Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or equivalent training is strongly preferred. - Work History:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a preference for those who have worked in commercial or marine environments.
This role requires you to be as sturdy as the structures you'll build:
- Lift:
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. - Mobility:
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods. - Work Outdoors:
Be prepared to shine in various weather conditions typical of the glorious Florida Keys.
