• Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of plumbing issues in residential properties.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water systems.
• Provide clients with clear, professional information on repairs, replacements, and system care.
• Use safety procedures consistently, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and client communications.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry standards and techniques.
• Adhere to the company's clean work environment standards, ensuring job sites are orderly.

• 2-3 years experience in a similar plumbing technician role, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to assess and address plumbing issues independently.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Bluewater's specific processes and standards.
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures; additional certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection) a plus.
