Apartment Maintenance Technician - Part Time
Flynn Management Corporation is seeking a self‑motivated, experienced maintenance technician to serve our apartment communities in Monticello, Florida.
Pay Range$15.00/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities- Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repair tasks.
- Work independently and own personal tools.
- Maintain apartments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (half‑hour lunch).
- Avail on‑call for emergency needs.
- Complete a basic maintenance exam.
- Submit references from prior supervisors.
- Complete pre‑employment screening (drug, alcohol, background).
- Minimum 3‑5 years of similar experience in maintenance.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
- Strong problem‑solving and independent work skills.
