As a Residential Service Technician with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you’ll provide top-quality residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This role includes on‑the‑job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines.

$85,000.00/yr – $/yr

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay
• Uncapped commission with potential to earn $100,000+

• Perform high‑quality plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in homes
• Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service by educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering professional recommendations
• Present service options and guide customers through repair, replacement, and upgrade decisions
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local plumbing codes
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity
• Maintain clean work areas and properly manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Document work using Service Titan

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience, including service calls
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs with a customer‑first approach
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
