Key Responsibilities

  • Set up plumbing service calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems.
  • Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
  • Educate customers about their plumbing systems, ensuring they understand the functions and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.

What You Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
  • Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety procedures.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
