From drain cleaning to water leak repairs to typical plumbing jobs and everything in between. Opportunity for on-call bonuses, overtime and incentives abound for the motivated multi-tasker. Compensation will vary depending on skill set, but we LOVE to pay incentives for making us look good.

• You will already have at least 3 years of experience as a service plumber and/or drain cleaner, in both our neighbors’ homes and businesses. You’ve kept your nose clean, and you play well with others. You’re the kind of plumber your grandmother would simply adore, friendly, clean, with attention to detail, and never forgetting to pet the dog.
• A reputable Motor Vehicle Report and background check
• A great service minded persona
• Steps-up for when your rotation is up for on-call - we are 24/7
• You understand plumbing codes and protocol.
• A plus:
  Know how to use multiple jetters and excavators.
• A plus:
  You know your way around a backflow
• A plus:
  You re able to read blueprints and schematics to determine appropriate methods for repairing broken pipes.

• Produce "5 Star" client experiences by demonstrating your unique personality and technical skills.
• Participate in After Hours "On Call" rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
• Maintain effective communication with our dispatch office to maximize daily service calls.
• Use Service Titan to keep us updated during the day.
• Keeping clean uniforms (provided) at the ready for each stop.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle. (Your new van!)

• Access to the latest equipment and technology to help you perform your best work. New very cool vans, fully equipped, well-maintained - that you may take home.
• Blended Compensation Package includes Base Salary plus bonuses, OT & incentives. (Take home somewhere between $55,000 and $80,000)
