Skilled Construction Framer

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Framer to join our professional building team. This position is responsible for constructing the structural framework of residential and commercial projects, including walls, floors, roofs, trusses, and other framing components. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in wood and metal stud framing, a solid understanding of construction blueprints, and the ability to perform accurate layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly with attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting construction plans, installing framing systems to exact specifications, setting and securing trusses and joists, installing blocking and bracing, and ensuring all framing work meets structural, safety, and building code requirements. Candidates must be proficient with hand and power tools, able to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights, and capable of maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.

The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with other trades. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of framing experience and be either a U.S. citizen or a legally documented immigrant authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation, consistent attendance, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship are required.
