This role requires on-site presence at job locations.

• Supervise HVAC installation projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and code-compliant work

• Coordinate labor resources to maximize efficiency and minimize jobsite downtime

• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation teams to support skill development and retention

• Ensure all installation crews adhere to safety policies and procedures

• Manage daily jobsite logistics, including equipment, materials, and schedule adherence

• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting

• Track project progress and labor performance, addressing inefficiencies proactively

• Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure installation satisfaction

• Resolve escalated install-related concerns, ensuring a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch to align resources with project needs

• Drive installation excellence through consistent coaching and accountability

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum five (5) years of experience installing residential HVAC systems

• At least three (3) years in a supervisory role, managing HVAC install teams

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation techniques, and building codes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities

• Proficient in job tracking and reporting tools

• Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• A passion for building and leading high-performance install teams

• Service Titan experience preferred.
