- Perform service and repairs according to repair orders with efficiency and precision
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and timing
- Complete warranty work in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Ford Certified Technician
- 1+ year(s) of service technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership is a plus
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level or higher qualifications)
- Proficient with diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Detail-oriented with great hand-eye coordination
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
- Friendly, positive, and eager to grow
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
