HVAC Install Tech - HVAC Technician

Air Bear Heating and Cooling, based in Navarre, FL, is hiring a full-time HVAC Install Tech - HVAC Technician to support our growing operations. Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

• 2 weeks of PTO

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with installing air conditioners
• Possess all hand tools and basic power tools

An EPA certification is preferred for this position.>

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems for customers across Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. You'll verify and pick up equipment, manage truck inventory, clean and prep your vehicle daily, and handle customer payments and invoicing. You'll perform precise and professional installations while maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
