We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumber to oversee and manage plumbing projects in both residential and commercial construction. This role is ideal for a highly experienced plumber who can lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within code.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Plumber to join our team! In this role, you'll lead and supervise plumbing crews on both residential and commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures. You'll review blueprints and project specifications, plan and assign work, and make sure everything complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
As a leader, you'll train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers, troubleshoot problems in the field, and manage materials, tools, and overall jobsite organization. You'll also communicate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep projects on track and running smoothly.
ExperienceAt least five years of plumbing experience and a proven record of leading crews on job sites. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems, ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, excellent problem‑solving and leadership skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Backflow certification, OSHA safety training, and experience with estimating and material takeoffs are preferred but not required.
Pay and BenefitsBase salary of $80,000, with overtime and bonus opportunities. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays.
