We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. This individual will inspect, repair and maintain our company fleet trucks and heavy equipment.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, vehicles and systems
- Keep logs of work and report on issues
- Will work out in the field on equipment
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic, fuel, and brake systems
- Knowledge of both gas and diesel systems
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- High school diploma
- Certification from a vocational school
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
