• Answer inbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• High close ratio - from inbound calls - appointments set in real–time.
• Dispatch and coordinate plumbing techs efficiently.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and customer follow‑up in Quick Books.
• Keep the office organized and presentable.
• Operate daily in Service Titan to track jobs and performance.

• Plumbing or trades dispatching experience required.
• Strong phone presence with sales/closing skills.
• Proficiency in Service Titan and Quick Books.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with collections and customer account follow‑up.
