Mobile Technician - Sunset Chevrolet

Sunset Chevrolet is looking for a dependable Mobile Technician / Field Service Technician to provide on-site GM Automotive Service diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for customers in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, traveling to different locations, and working independently.

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues
• Use tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and solutions
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Previous experience as a GM Service Technician, Mobile Technician, or similar role
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environments
• GM certifications and experience preferred
• Experience in mobile or on‑site service roles helpful
