Global Cooling is hiring an experienced, full-time HVAC Sales / Service Technician with a minimum of three years of verifiable residential HVAC experience.

We are a structured, performance-driven HVAC company with high standards for technical excellence, customer service, communication, sales, and accountability.

We are looking for a skilled technician who can accurately diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, communicate confidently with homeowners, and present appropriate repair, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential
• $500 Bonus after 90 day probation period

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide customers with clear, honest explanations of system issues and available solutions
• Present repair options, system replacements, and HVAC accessories when appropriate
• Confidently discuss pricing and ask customers to move forward
• Identify opportunities for indoor air quality and system-enhancement products
• Follow up with customers on outstanding estimates and sales opportunities
• Complete all required checklists, documentation, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Keep work areas clean and treat every customer's home with respect
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office staff
• Consistently meet established company performance standards and KPIs

• Possess strong residential HVAC diagnostic and repair skills
• Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure when things don't go as planned
• Have excellent customer communication and sales skills
• Be comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Be capable of identifying customer needs and confidently presenting HVAC systems, repairs, and appropriate accessories
• Recognize opportunities for surge protection, UV lights, duct cleaning, indoor air quality products, and other system improvements
• Be comfortable using mobile devices, apps, and electronic forms
• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Complete required customer follow-ups
• Accept coaching with humility and consistently apply feedback
• Take ownership of their performance, decisions, and results
• Follow established processes consistently, even when no one is watching

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable residential HVAC service and technical experience
• Residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
• Relevant HVAC experience must be clearly listed on your résumé
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, ductwork, system setup, service, and repair
• EPA certification
• Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, communication, and sales skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass an HVAC technical knowledge assessment
• Ability to pass a sales role-play assessment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Three professional references from previous employers
