EOS Hospitality in Islamorada, Florida, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform operational repairs and general maintenance across the luxury resort. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools and life-safety systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
Proficiency with CMMS and a proactive, guest-focused attitude are highly valued.
