White Oak Conservation in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems across residential and light commercial properties. You will assist with appliance repair for kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, HVAC and minor repairs, and conduct weekly rounds to identify issues.
3–5 years in general maintenance are required; journeyman electrical/plumbing preferred; valid driver’s license required.
