Generator Service Technician Bellevue, FL | $23–$28/hour + Commission | Full-time Put your electrical skills to work in a growing specialty of residential home services.

Sunshine Air Conditioning is expanding its whole-home generator division and looking for a technician who can help homeowners keep their backup power systems ready when they need them most. If you have experience in generators, residential electrical work, or a related service trade, this is an opportunity to build your skills in a growing area while earning commission on generator sales.

You’ll work directly with homeowners to keep standby generators operating reliably, identify problems, and recommend solutions that help protect their homes.

Your Day-to-Day

Install new standby generators and assist with system setup and startup.
Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance to keep generators operating properly.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and performance issues and determine the appropriate repairs.
Service transfer switches and related wiring, panels, breakers, and electrical components.
Walk homeowners through findings, explain repair options, and answer questions about their systems.
Recommend relevant upgrades, replacement options, and ongoing maintenance when needed.
Record completed work and service recommendations using company-provided technology.
Maintain safe work practices and follow applicable codes and manufacturer specifications.

What Will Help You Succeed

Experience with standby generators, residential electrical systems, HVAC, or another related technical trade.
The ability to diagnose problems and work through electrical or mechanical troubleshooting.
A customer-focused approach and comfort working inside residential properties.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings in everyday language.
A dependable, professional attitude and willingness to continue learning.
Generator-specific experience is a plus, but candidates with relevant electrical or service experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $23.00–$28.00 hourly + commission Benefits
