After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a Clinical Director
, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Must have a Masters Degree and a current state licensure in LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with at-risk youth. Be able to pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

5 days on/2 days off, forty hours per week. Monday-Friday, however schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.
