Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection. We are currently looking for an Alumni Coordinator to add to our staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Contact alumni and family for the purpose of getting them involved in the alumni program and its outreach activities, providing information about the program such as service opportunities and activities.
• Educate current clients on the importance of ongoing involvement in our alumni activities after their graduation from the program.
• Maintains daily database maintenance by updating contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address) for current and past patients.
• Assists in the preparation and distribution of the Alumni Newsletters and flyers.
• Assists alumni or family members seeking treatment services by making referrals to the admissions department.
• Plan and host alumni events; evening, weekend and sometimes work on holidays may be required.
• Maintains a flexible schedule to assist with Alumni events
• Make follow-up calls to past clients according to schedule.

Qualifications Include:

1 year experience in mental health/recovery treatment, preferred.

Veteran status or experience working with veterans, preferred.

• Strong computer and Salesforce experience, preferred.
