The Senior Software Engineer leads the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications that leverage advanced AI capabilities. This position will take ownership of complex projects, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This position collaborates with stakeholders to define project requirements, architect solutions, and implement best practices. The Senior Software Engineer mentors and guides junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Additionally, the Senior Software Engineer will stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to make recommendations to the organization on adoption.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex AI-enabled applications, taking ownership of project deliverables
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring seamless integration of AI components
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI technologies and methodologies to support business use cases
• Participate in vendor tool evaluation for AI components and software
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines
• Ensure the highest quality of deliverables through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data analytics, statistics)

• 5-8 years of software engineering or relevant experience
• Experience designing scalable and distributed AI-driven applications, optimizing inference latency, and implementing microservices
• Experience leading engineering teams, establishing AI integration strategies, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
• Knowledge of AI-based code generation platforms like Git Hub CoPilot or Codeium and have experience with these tools in professional or personal projects
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient in wide range of programming languages, including .NET,Java, Scala, Python, SQL, node.js, java script, react, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to business use cases
• Experience with Enterprise Dev Ops platforms such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Sonar Qube, Artifactory, Launch Darkly, etc .
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to engage peer developers and stakeholders
