Their platform uses generative UI to create dashboards and insights on the fly, explaining the "why" behind data to drive faster, more confident business decisions.

As a Software Engineer at WisdomAI, you will own user-facing surfaces end-to-end, building the generative UI that powers our analytics platform. Working with React, Type Script, and Node, you'll tackle hard UX challenges like streaming chat agent reasoning and generating production-ready financial visualizations. This role offers high ownership within a builder-centric, on-site team in San Mateo.

• Work at the frontier of Generative UI, building a platform that generates charts and dashboards on the fly instead of following traditional static screen patterns.
• Join a high-caliber team backed by a $50M Series A from Kleiner Perkins, already trusted by major enterprises like Cisco, Patreon, and Rubrik.
• Experience true ownership in a builder-first culture where engineers drive projects from initial requirements to shipping, using AI tools like Cursor and Claude to focus on judgment over typing.

• Architect and build React-based generative UI components that produce dense, production-quality financial visualizations and interactive P&L tables from raw data rows.
• Design and implement streaming interfaces for chat agents, translating complex tool-call traces into human-readable narratives that build user trust in AI insights.
• Develop and maintain the WisdomAI React SDK, providing other data teams with seamless abstractions to embed advanced analytics and chat functionality into their own applications.

• Extensive experience shipping polished applications using React, Type Script, and Node, with a deep obsession for details, interaction craft, and high-quality design.
• Strong product instinct with the ability to take fuzzy customer pain points and independently determine the most impactful technical solutions to build.
• High-agency "builder" mindset with a preference for early-stage environments, ideally having previous experience in data visualization, BI, or founding-team settings.
