Qlik Sense Developer & Administrator

We are looking for a Qlik Sense Developer & Administrator to support data modernization initiatives by developing dashboards, migrating legacy reports, and improving dashboard UI/UX. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense, data modeling, scripting, dashboard development, and UI/UX design.

• Review existing reports and dashboards, identify data sources, understand business requirements, and define dashboard objectives.
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Develop Qlik Sense dashboards, data models, data load scripts, and reporting processes from scratch.
• Migrate existing reports and dashboards from legacy BI platforms to Qlik Sense.
• Validate dashboard outputs against source data and resolve discrepancies.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, conduct demos, and improve dashboard usability.
• Prepare project documentation, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
• Train users on dashboard operation, maintenance, and code updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Ensure data security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance when handling sensitive information.

• 2+ years of experience developing, deploying, and administering Qlik Sense applications.
• Strong knowledge of Qlik Sense data modeling, Data Load Editor scripting, Set Analysis, and dashboard visualization.
• Experience with UI/UX design for dashboards and reporting tools.
• 1+ year of experience using Figma or similar tools for wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• 1+ year of experience building dashboards or reporting solutions from scratch, including requirements gathering, prototyping, and stakeholder feedback.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential data while following security and privacy practices.

• Experience supporting state or local government healthcare, human services, or public health programs.
• Experience migrating reports and dashboards from legacy BI platforms to Qlik Sense.
