Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results‑driven fitness programming.

• Progressive goal setting for every client.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Conduct initial fitness consultations.
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
• Program design for individual client success.
• Service personal training sessions.
• Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
• Customer service excellence (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Stay knowledgeable about new fitness trends.
• Maintain valid certifications and keep them current.

• Valid nationally accredited personal training certification.
• Valid CPR/AED certification (completed in person).
• Prior experience in the fitness/health club industry preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, and takes ownership of results.
• Strong communication and customer‑service mentality.
• Team player, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights, and flexible shifts.
• Comfortable with computer/technology and phone etiquette.
• Portray a healthy lifestyle.
• Must pass background check.

Hourly position – potential annual earnings $40,000—$80,000 USD.
