Sports Official

We seek dedicated sports officials to oversee and officiate sports events.

If you have a passion for sports and enjoy working with athletes, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
- Officiate sports games, ensuring fair play and enforcing rules
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Know general rules of baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports
- Be flexible to adjust rules based on individual park or league rules
- Ensure the safety of all participants during sports events

Skills:

- Desire to officiate baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games
- Be open and willing to be trained on officiating baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games
- Experience in officiating preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators
- Ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
